Super cute maxi dress that has straps, and wraps around the neck to become a halter! You can wear it as a halter or not. I typically wear it as a normal strapped dress, and tie the halter ties into a bow in the front of the dress and it’s adorable. Only worn a few times, but even though it’s a large it fits more as a medium.
