Two shiny crystal square charms framed in a navy border dangling on zipper. Includes four silver rounded purse feet on bottom. Green fabric on the inside. Very spacious: large frontside & backside pockets; interior of middle includes a zipper pouch on the back and an open pocket on the front (fourth pic). Deadstock bag which my mom purchased sometime in the early 2000s. In excellent condition. Tag is still attached but is kind of ripped though, the original price was $198.
