This midi skirt has the best twirl-ability and a fun retro design mixing textures and colors. Built-in slip, side zipper. Outer layer feels like tulle, but the brown circle designs are in a velvet fabric. Originally size 10, but I took in the waist to better fit a size 6-8ish. There is a bit of fraying where the new seam is, as shown in the photo. There are a couple of other places where the fabric is beginning to fray, but otherwise it is in good shape.
