This is vintage and new with tags. The sizing will be different from the 90s, so please pay close attention to the measurements. FLAWS: There are a few stains/spots on the dress. There are also a few holes on the dress. This would make a fantastic dress to upcycle into your own. It has boning on the corset of the dress.
