Made in Hawaii, USA. * Empire waist * V-shaped bodice for a flattering fit * Pleated front and back full and roomy skirt * On-seam side pockets * 100% Spun Crushed Rayon * W334-20 There are what appears to be some pen markings at the front, as well as another type of stain just above them. There is also some loose stitching at the top of the vent slit. Size small, and fits slightly oversized. Modeled on size 8, 5ft 8in. Flat measurements PTP 18.25” Waist 18” Hip 25” Length 45”
