Cute, rare puff sleeve top with a halter neck strap. Corset style. Perfect paired with jeans or a skirt. Worn a few times but in good condition. There is some threading that is coming loose as shown, but it does not affect wear and can be easily fixed. Size XXS but best fits a XS imo.
