House of Harlow elegant top has semi-sheer burnout material and puff sleeves with heavy ruching down them. This is how you take the basic tee and turn it up a bunch of notches. This could easily be dressed up or down. Material has stretch. 50% Polyester, 37% Cotton and 13% Viscose. Pit to pit-17” Waist-15.5” Length-22.5” (Measurements appx.- Flat Lay) NOTE- the material and care tags were missing from this shirt, but I have sold the same shirt before so I attached pictures from the previous shirt.
