NWOT never worn. It sat in my suitcase from a vacation and i forgot about it. Just doesn’t sit right on my body. i believe it’s supposed to fit more like a low waisted skirt. have a cute slit on the front and zips up on the side. its missing the little metal clasp the closes at the top of the zipper but that really doesn’t affect the fit. could prob fit a medium as well
