. The blouse is 100% Polyester. Hand wash cold and hang to dry. Polka dot design. Multicolored. The blouse ties behind neck. Has ruffle detailing. The primary color fo the blouse is cream. The blouse has short fluttery sleeves. Vneck. The blouse has open upper back. Sheer. Thin. The blouse shows signs of normal wear and has a run in the fabric. Some of the seam in the arm is coming unsewn. It may be able to be fixed. Regrettably, I do not know how to sew. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 19 inches and from top of the shoulders to bottom of the blouse is 16 1/2 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
