Fabulous vintage 1990s high waisted trousers by Harve Benard by Benard Holzman. Straight leg paperbag waist style in tan burlap material. Partially lined. Attached ties at waist. Waist 28“, hips approx 42”, rise 13“, inseam 27.5“. Size tag is missing but these fit like a modern size S, great vintage condition. All measurements taken with garment lying flat & doubled where applicable.
