Handmade Plaid Skirt

Handmade plaid skirt/ tulle skirt. It was made from a childhood dress. I went through a phase in high school where I liked to dress in 50s style clothing. It’s made from polyester and nylon. The waist laying flat is about 13 inches and the length is about 25 inches.
