Hale Bob VINTAGE XS Black Halter-Neck Maxi Dress Tie-Waist

My daughter is wearing the dress; she’s an XS normally. She’s 120lb, 5’6”, waist 25”, 34B, hips about 36. The halter tie neck makes the bust adjustable and the waist sash makes the waist adjustable. She’s wearing 3.5” heels in the pic and the dress hits just above the floor. Amazing long black maxi dress in drapey jersey with attached sash that ties at the back and v-neck halterneck with tie at back of the neck. Excellent condition and so versatile!
