Preowned / used dress from h&m. Off white / cream color with skinny vertical black stripes. Off shoulder. Button front. Knee length. Slightly shiny material. Flared skirt. Good used condition. Some pilling and pulled threads and runs on the fabric (see last 3 pics for examples). The size is labeled 12, but it seems to runs small, so I’m listing it a size down. Please refer to measurements below: Armpit to armpit: ~17.5” Waist: ~14” Length: ~37”
