Green handkerchief midi dress S/M Size M

Like new skirt from A Touch of Class Clothing. Lovely olive green boutique skirt. Super stretchy and lightweight for the warmer months! Fits closer to a medium but has an elastic waistband. Has a couple spots where the hanger was holding the garment. Should come out with steam.
