Goodnight Macaroon V-neck shift dress with multi tiered checkered ruffles and short sleeves

This most comfortable dress is black with a v-neck in front and a keyhole opening in the back. It has two brightly colored ruffles at the bottom edge, one in checkered pattern the other in stripes. There are zero issues with seams or staining. The fabric tag and size is missing. Included in the photos is the dress makers size chart.
