Francesca's Francesca’s Blue Dress

Worn only once this fall. Size XS but that doesn’t seem accurate to me. I normally wear M bottoms (which doesn’t matter in this dress), and am a 34B. It’s off the shoulder and has that gel strip around the top to keep it from sliding. Thick material, really nice quality. No flaws, all the details on the bottom are intact. Worn once for a wedding, only selling because it’s not likely I will rewear.
