This is a new with tags Faux leather mini skirt from Francesca's. The color is a light powder blue, great for spring! The skirt features a zipper in the back and a silver ring at the waist. There is a small discoloration on the skirt, tried to show in photos. It is very hard to see and not very noticeable unless you are looking closely. This is the only small flaw, the rest of the skirt is in new condition with tags. Please see photos for additional details and measurements. From a smoke-free home.
