flat lay measurements: 14.5" wide at waist 16.5" long Hangs a bit weird on my mannequin because she's too skinny 😂 One thing to note about the fabric is the pleats will stick together but you can just spread them back out. The only imperfections I can find are if you look at it very closely there are little black marks on the waistband and in the pleats that look like where the metallic has rubbed off a bit and the hem has some loose threads.
