Super cute top only worn once. Has small ruffles on the lower half of the shirt and on the bottom of the sleeves. Fabric is flowy and light- perfect for the summer. I usually wear an XS/S top and this fits great on me even though it’s a L because of the tie. Just a little roomier than it’s supposed to be. Would def still fit a L, though, would just be a little less flowy.
