This is a women's black Express High Rise Stretch Pencil Skirt, size 12, new without tags - has been hanging in my closet but I never wore or washed it. The skirt features a high-rise waist, a back zipper closure, and a small back vent for ease of movement. It has two functional side pockets. The fabric composition is 62% nylon, 27% polyester, and 11% spandex for the shell, with a 100% polyester lining. The skirt measures approximately 16 inches across the waist, 20 inches across the hips, and 22.5 inches in length. There is a small snag on the waistband, I think from a hanger - see photos. No other damage or stains. Smoke free home.
