Preowned Elie Tahari dress. 100% silk with a polyester liner underneath. Long sleeve with elastic cuffed wrists. Ruffle on skirt. Elastic (smocked) waist. String tie on neck with embroidered detail. A few deodorant marks on inside of dress. Not visible from outside but I took some images for you to reference. Also size tag is cut out. My estimate is a size medium. Please check measurements. Pit to pit 19 inches. Waist 14 inches. Length from top of waist down is 20 inches.
