New PRODUCT DETAILS The Eileen Fisher ergo derby is elevated by a slight wedge and crafted of perforated leathers with a cushioned, arch-supporting footbed. Its bio-based sole is made of sugarcane. The shoe has a 1 3/4" heel and 1 1/4" platform and features a lace up closure. It incorporates at least 50% leather sourced from a tannery that has achieved a Leather Working Group rating for its energy use, waste production and water treatment.
