Dress Up Sleeveless dress

Brand new with tags! Ribbed black and grey color. The first photo is how the dress looks on me I’m 5ft tall. In the second photo I took a rubber band and tied it on the inside to style it better. I decided I am not going to keep this but I hope someone else can enjoy it! Orig. price is $28 without tax. I am selling for $35 to cover shipping and to get most of my money back.
