Dress Barn flare out skirt in brown - size 12

This pencil shirt with a bottom flare is perfect for the office. Overall it’s in good used condition, but there are a couple small issues. There is a small snag in the seam at the button of the zipper. Also, at the bottom of the skirt there a several tiny bleach spots. I missed them at first, and you cannot even see them in most light. Be sure to review all the pictures for the best representation of the condition of the skirt.
