Donna Morgan Giselle Pleated Chiffon Dress

Navy Chiffon dress with a defect. Worn one time for a wedding so it’s in great condition. The strap was too long but i was running low on time and only took in one strap and the other stayed long and I pinned it. It needs dry clean as the bottom is dusty.
