This is such an adorable little top. It’s pull-on style and the back is smocked to give it some stretch. The large buckle in front is decorative- NOTE- the buckle on mine has light pink mixed with the burgundy and white- see photo #3. It’s only there. I think it looks cute but I don’t believe the top came that way based on looking at them in Google. The fabric is lightweight, crisp cotton with no stretch, except for the smocked part in back. Excellent pre-owned condition (except maybe the buckle). 100% Cotton. Pit to pit-16” Length-12” from top of strap (Measurements appx.- Flat Lay)
