Ruffles around front with crystal buttons that lets your skin peek through. Soft gathers of fabric on back and shoulders. Shirttail hem. The sleeves have a faux roll back look. Runs small. Shown on my size 4-6 dress form. Chest is 36” There is 16” between the shoulders and the sleeves are 24” long. It is 29” long from the bottom of neck to the bottom of hem on the idle of back. Made in China in all rayon. New with tags.
