Whimsical polka dots speckle a belted silk chiffon dress, highlighted by a tiered ruffle hem. Elastic waist. Runs a size smaller. Check measurements. Was missing the belt. I used a black sash that I had for picture purposes. Any black belt would do. Slips on over head. Elastic waist Unlined. (I would wear a slip under) Silk; dry clean. By Cynthia Steffe; imported.
