Beautifully delicate cold shoulder top featuring a v-neckline lined with pleated ruffles, self tie straps, and a drawstring waist. Flowy and effortless. Sleeve drapes on shoulders.
Great pre-owned condition. Never worn but it does have a teeny tiny pin size dot on neckline (see photos). Can barely see and should come out since it's cotton.
