City Triangles High Low Sequin & Lace Cocktail Dress

City Triangles junior's sz 9 approximately woman’s sz 6. Short dark blue hi/low strapless cocktail dress. It is dark blue floral lace with silver sequins. It has dark blue lace or chiffon (not sure what you’d call it) that crisscrosses over chest area and it's also at sides and back. UNIQUE. We had our seamstress add this to the dress. We also had cups added, they can be taken out if not needed. Zipper in back. Worn once for cocktail portion of pageant.
