This great sweater is in good condition, with normal wear and tear, meaning that it is pre-owned/pre-loved, and is as comfortable as it is stylish, and vice versa. Photos show that the faux leather trim is cracked/peeling in some areas. A Chico's size 0 is equivalent to a regular women's size small. This comes from a smoke-free home, but I do have pets. My merchandise is stored away from my pets but, understandably so, stray hairs can/may be included when the item(s) is packed for shipping. Lastly, save my shop, as new items are added almost daily.
