Chelsea and Violet Red and Blue sleeveless Maxi Dress with slit, size S - NWT

Beautiful full length red and blue gown. I thrifted this new with tags but there appear to be a couple minor flaws. 1. I believe the original dress had bows attached to the top of the shoulders straps. They must be missing. IMHO it looks better without. 2. Small barely noticeable snag about 12” from bottom on the right leg side. I was able to finesse it a bit, but it’s still there. Shown in photos. 3. Tag was sewn with some white thread that is visible on the back. Strange. Priced accordingly! It’s a great summer dress! Flat measurements 16.5” pit to pit 14.5” waist Approx 55” length
