Caslon Pencil Skirt Blue/Gray-S/M

Gently used pencil skirt. No fabric content or size tag. Back zip closure, fully lined. Looks like a S/M but please read measurements to determine sizing. Waist measures 12.5" across, widest part of hip is 18" and length is 18.
