Adorable little pull-on skirt for spring, this features a blue and white pinstripe fabrication, with a white embroidered eyelet border trim. Pull on styling with an elastic waist, lined. No flaws, no signs of wear, this is new without tags (I removed the tag myself). I would say color is closest to the detail shot of the waistband.
