-The navy slip dress has adjustable straps and is connected to the outer layer at the waist. It’s also very stretchy! -The outer layer is navy sheer chiffon fabric (no stretch) with red flowers, green fauna and yellow and white accent colors. -The top is a surplice (faux-wrap) with sheer flutter sleeves and a tie at the waist. -The skirt is wrap style and has an asymmetrical hem with the shortest part in front where is crosses over.
