This item is brand new with tags! It is a Chaser gray / brown / cream leopard print Jacquard ruffled button-up cardigan. Since it is a sales sample, it does not have a size tag, but it measures like a size medium. It is a soft knit fabric with ruffles at the shoulders and ribbed edges.
