Pre-owned, Brandy Melville, Julie style mini skort (skirt with shorts underneath). Low rise fit. Solid black (currently sold out in this color online). One size fits most, but best for smaller sizes. Some stretch to it, see the measurements for fit help. Has two discolorations on the front, I honestly forgot I had this skirt so I’m not sure from what or how long they’ve been there.
