BRAND NEW 7 For All Mankind “Cold Shoulder” Cutout Hoodie. Not sure what happened to the tags, but this is brand new. Never used or worn. There does seem to be some brown mixed into the fabric on the back. It looks to me like it’s supposed to be there, but I wanted to point it out to be transparent.
