in size small. About 13 inches across the elastic waistband. About 29 inches long. Black. Somewhat silky shine to the fabric, very pretty. Classic style! Goes so well with so many things, you could dress it up or down. Has a shorter lining inside the skirt. Some minor pilling on the waistband and a small whitish mark between a couple of the pleats lower on the front of the skirt - very difficult to see when worn.
