Fully lined but there is a panel at front and back that doesn’t have lining. Spaghetti straps are adjustable. The dress was too small for the mannequin unfortunately. No size tag unfortunately so please follow the measurements carefully. I would say a small or extra small Measurements Pit to pit 14.5 inches Waist across 12.5 inches Hips 17 inches Straps at longest 18.5 but can be made shorter Length front 49 inches from the chest down to hem not including straps.
