This is a beautiful retro dress with cut outs in the front. It does have pockets. The dress is giving 13 going on 30 vibes. The only flaw is a small pull to the back of the dress. It is so small that you can only see it from the inside of the dress. It is not noticeable from the outside. Flaw is shown in photos.
