Has a slit in the back at the bottom in the middle. Has a flaw in the back. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: the waist is 14 1/2 inches, the hips are 17 1/2 inches, and from top of the skirt to the bottom is 16 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
