This dress is brand new with tags! It is a lovely black and white floral patterned Max Studio bohemian short sleeve maxi dress in a women's size small. It simply pulls on with a deep v-neck and short sleeves and a tied waist / belt. The skirt is long and flowing with the same banding pattern detailing at the hem as with the neck and sleeves.
