Gorgeous 1990's vintage iconic tuxedo dress by Betsy & Adam. Stretchy rich black velvet. Fitted to the body with stretch to hug every curve. White satin bodice. White satin spaghetti straps. Faux cross-over style with decorative rhinestone buttons at the right side. Slit up the right side of the leg. Nylon zipper at the back. No size tag: 15 inches armpit to armpit. Fits like a small.
