Berlin Nova Green Prom Dress

It looks like it has extra fabric but it is supposed to be scrunched in your body so when it’s not on someone it looks funny but I promise it’s cute on. It came two days after prom so it’s never been worn and I don’t have a use for it anymore. It is very stretchy soft material and is very comfortable on because I have tried it on once when it arrived.
