These are sooooooo cute! High waisted and so flattering and in style! I LOVE how high waisted they are with a 13 inch rise! They were a bit big on me since the waist is 14 inches laying down but 15 if you stretch the waist out. I do better for 13 1/2. Says 27 but would fit a 28 possibly a tight fit for 29 or 30 better. I also have very small hips so might be better on a curvy girl can who can fill out the hips more. Will take hip measurements on request! Great condition! No rips or tears!
