Ruching/pleating under the bust and where high waistline meets. Fully lined in polyester. Bright yellow called lemonade stretch jersey material of polyester and spandex. Great used condition. Only flaw I notice is broken stitches on waist tie. See closeup. Size XXS. Midi length hits around knee. Pit to pit is just over 14”. Length is 36”.
