Bandolino Platform Heels

Patented leather platform, high heels. Heels are 4 inches long. Platform is 3/4 of an inch. I do not know much about patent leather. In some areas, it looks brand new. There are a couple areas where they look a little dull. I don’t think I can see any scratches. They are medium width. Comes from a non-smoking non-perfume wearing home.
