The skirt has a slit in the back at the bottom. Soft. Smooth feeling. Darted. The skirt shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: the waist is 24 inches, the hips are 31 inches, and from top of the skirt to the bottom is 25 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
