New!! As You Wish Black and White Sleeveless Fit & Flare Dress. Size 3. I bought it and removed the tags, but never got to wear it because it was just a little too small for me, otherwise it absolutely would have been one of my favorite outfits and a staple in my closet! It’s been hanging in a garment bag in my closet for the past couple of years, in my pet-free, smoke-free home. This dress is honestly one of my favorite items I’ve ever bought and it is in perfect condition!! This is a high-quality, extremely well-made dress!! It has a fitted top with detailed waistband stitching. The bottom flares out after the waistband and this dress sits right above the knee. The colors are very vibrant and create a crisp contrast. It is “technically” a junior’s, sized-dress….but, has a timeless, mature look and fits like a womens size 2 to 4.
